The Level 4 Certificate for Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) is a UK OFQUAL accredited, 100% online, competency-based Teaching Assistant (TA) qualification. This qualification is designed for learners working in the teaching assistant position who wish to advance to HLTA status. This Level 4 HLTA course will provide you with training to help you in becoming a teaching assistant with added expertise. Those who already have a Supporting Teaching and Learning qualification, or have done the Support Work in Schools course would have an added benefit when undertaking this HLTA training.
